What You Need to Know

I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, I will do my best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, I may have to charge an administration fee.

Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to the other clients and myself at Fresh Mountain Hair and Skincare and make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may have to reschedule your appointment for another time or you may end up missing out on the finishing blow dry. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let me know so I can minimize any disruption to my schedule and other customers. Thank you for understanding!

Giving You the Best Experience

I love all of my clients at Fresh Mountain Hair and Skincare, and want to make sure everyone feels at home in my Hair Salon. That’s why I have set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. -No sitter? No worries. Children are always welcome in the salon, however, for the most pleasant and relaxing experience, I kindly ask that they respect the area as a professional working environment.
